Your request must include:

- Description of the copyrighted work
- URL(s) of the infringing content
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized
- A statement that the information is accurate
- Your signature (typed name is acceptable)

2. Takedown Process
- We will review valid requests
- Content may be removed or disabled
- We may notify the user who uploaded the content
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your contact details
- Identification of removed content
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction of your local courts
- Your signature
4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
5. Misuse of Claims
Submitting false claims may result in legal consequences.
